By downloading, installing, or using Neurise, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Eligibility

We store your content only to provide the service to you. We do not share, sell, or use your content for any purpose other than displaying it back to you within the app. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate the rights of others.

AI-Generated Content and Errors

Our task creation pipeline makes use of heavily fact-checked AI to create content and suggestions. While we strive for accuracy and quality, this content may contain errors, inaccuracies, inconsistencies, or inappropriate suggestions. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of such content.

If you encounter content that appears incorrect, inappropriate, or problematic, we’d greatly appreciate if you used the “Improve this content” feature within the app to report it. Your feedback helps us identify and correct issues. However, you should always exercise your own judgment and, where appropriate, consult qualified professionals.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim or £10. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer law or excludes liability where the law does not allow it.

Communications

These communications are part of providing the service. Some non-essential service messages may include an unsubscribe option. We do not send marketing emails unless you have separately given us permission.
